M13 - Great Hercules Cluster
Technical details.
Taken through a VC200L Vixen telescope at prime focus (f = 1800mm, D = 200mm, f 9)
Camera used Canon 20Da 13 exposures each of 30s at iso 3200. Stacked using ImagesPlus and processed in Photoshop.
Taken on 14/09/2007 at the Kelling Heath star party, Norfolk, UK.

This magnificant globular cluster can be found in the constellation of Hercules. It consists of around 400,000 stars and is 140 light-years across
and 23,400 light years from us.
